It has been printed by Kosel, Krugzell, Germany on woodstock betulla paper and bound by them in Diuchesse offset cloth printed with a design by Quentin Blake. It is limited to 1000 copies, signed and numbered by the artist and 20 lettered copies which are not for sale. Postscript by Dr Rowan Williams, former Archbishop of Canterbury.
